At the Zoo

We always talk about actually doing something when we are in Canada, and we finally did. We went to the Calgary Zoo with the kids. We actually got to see a ton of animals, Maguire called everything a doggie, and he SCREAMED it each time. It was fun! Oh yeah, I guess I should say we went to Canada the last two weeks of August. I can't believe I got Ryan to stay that long! He's getting soft in his old age! hahaha!

FLAME BOY!

I know you've probably already seen these on my photo blog, but I am so in love with them! Maguire is such a stinker at 18 months, to me, these pics and of course the outfit just sums him up perfectly!!!! He can say Diego, Tucker, Eat, Drink, No, Mama, Dada, and oh yes, poopoo. Such a lovely selection of words this kid has......

Whoops, here's some more!

I'll try to be better! UGH!

I've been such a bad bad mom, I was totally going to try to keep this thing up for my kids, and obviously I'm such a slacker. I will be better though. Here we go! Here's the kids playing with their favorite toy, a pirate ship I got at Target. I thought it was totally worth the $50, I've never seen such a cute pool, but the same day we got it Tucker bit a bunch of holes in it!!! Ryan patched it up, but it's been a pain trying to keep the air in! Aren't my kids way too cute?!

My parents moved to Lethbridge from Hill Spring and this is the first time I've been home since they got there. We went down to the train bridge which is really close to their house on a Sunday afternoon and took a bunch of pictures. My favorite one is the one of him and my dad walking, I just love that one! We had so much fun and got to spend so much time with Grandpa and Grandma Merrill. The kids just loved it and DID NOT want to go back to Utah. Except they were missing dad too, so we got to leave without too many tears. Thankfully we'll be going again in August, not too far away!

Four wheelin' with Grandpa Jo

You can't go to Grandpa Jo's and not have a four wheeler ride. Maguire would have nothing to do with it, but Gracie and Jace loved it. Everytime Grandpa stopped, they told him to go again. It was the only nice day that we got in the two weeks we were visiting Canada, but we made the most of it.

Binky Baby

Yes, he's 16 months old and still has this thing glued to his face.......I just can't get rid of it, he loves it so much and it saves my life multiple times a day. I love how he smiles behind it, and how he quickly spits it out whenever he see's food. I know it will be tough to break him of it, he so attached. I've never had a baby that loves blankets and binkies before, so I think it's actually really cute.

Our trip to Canada

We just got back from Canada, and I have a load of pictures to edit from all the fun we had up there. We stayed for two weeks, and it rained pretty much the whole time. But we still had alot of fun hanging out with Grandpa and Grandma and the twins. Grandma took Gracie and Jace to see Meet the Robinsons and Shrek 3, and they loved it! These were taken on my parents bed, I just snapped away while these two goofed off. I'll be adding more pics as I go through them, so we'll start off with these.

Okay, now I just want to find pictures to post. This is so fun. Thanks Liz for linking me to your blog, where I went and felt VERY guilty for not keeping some kind of journal for my kids. Thank you thank you! I just want to post pictures all day. I have enough to!

Here are some of the kids and their amazing awesome lovable wild and crazy Uncle Chance. He was kind enough (and brave enough) to let the kids play around on his guitar. I couldn't miss the chance to capture some adorable pictures. He also introduced them to their new favorite song, The Burger King Jingle. It's hilarious watching them sing it. (Ding fries are done, I gotta run!) I just love that kid. He'll be a great catch for anyone lucky enough to nab him.
